Scammers playground

I will never purchase tickets from here again. Bought tickets to a yacht party for my friends birthday while we were in Miami. After waiting an hour we had to contact the event promoter and were informed the party bus (that was taking us to the yacht) broke down and we would be refunded our money. I was given the run around and finally was told it could take up to 4days for my money to be back in my account. It has now been 3weeks since I was told that and no one is responding back. Also, I dont think things should be deleted off my profile unless I delete them. I came back here to see if there was anymore info on the promoter and the event was deleted.
