Not possible to purchase over app

I was trying to buy tickets from the app, but it didnt let me scroll down, but it just displayed until my first name and that was it, so no way to buy thru it. I then had to open it on the website, and although I had got like 30 minutes times to compleate the payment, my ticket was actually sold out and no more selectable from me, not even on the app! Shame on you! You do not even test your apps before launching them out!
