I have used this app to purchase tickets and then it keeps your tickets on your phone until you need to present them for entry to an evert. One of the best features is it will simultaneously store the event info in your calendar on your phone, which is a feature I love! Great app! I <3 it!

I will never purchase tickets from here again. Bought tickets to a yacht party for my friends birthday while we were in Miami. After waiting an hour we had to contact the event promoter and were informed the party bus (that was taking us to the yacht) broke down and we would be refunded our money. I was given the run around and finally was told it could take up to 4days for my money to be back in my account. It has now been 3weeks since I was told that and no one is responding back. Also, I dont think things should be deleted off my profile unless I delete them. I came back here to see if there was anymore info on the promoter and the event was deleted.

The app doesnt have basic filters so you can organize it by date you want to search the events. There are only a few options - the city, the type of event, whats this weekend, recommended and popular. If I want to find all the events going on on Tuesday evening - it is impossible to search. Popular/recommended have many different dates and I cant get the info I am looking for. Useless app, I always go to the website instead.

I wont be purchasing anything on this app again. My event was canceled due to a severe thunderstorm (it was an outdoor event) and I could not get a refund. I hadnt even entered the place so my ticket was never scanned. The event coordinator acted dumb and eventbrite doesnt step in, so buy at your own risk because your event might get canceled before you even arrive and no one will refund your money.

The last update broke the app. It is permanently waiting to finish the update and I have to look at the half finished circle darkening the folder the app is in. Ive restarted my phone and tried to delete it several times. Please fix this asap.

This app has been stuck in download mode for 2 WEEKS!!!!.... And I cant delete it!!

I like that I can save my tickets in the app, or Evernote or wallet. It works exactly as I want it to. I buy tickets, add comments, see who else is going

The events process through here is fine, no particular trouble...would be nice if app had an autofill option...

I have used several meeting and conference apps and this one has the least functionality and poorest execution.

It is nice you can get Library of Congress tickets !!

Garbage app from a trash company. Customer support is awful and hostile.

For weeks now this app has been stuck in a waiting status. I cant even delete it.

I dont think theres a human being on the earth that cant go day to day without this application you have to download it

Well, I havent received a waiting status or had a problem yet, but in the meantime, Im gonna give this a 5. Easy to use!

As an active user frequently seeking for valuable events in a relatively fixed location, I sincerely wish the app could add a functionality for users to bookmark/save event organizers, for high quality organizers can always hold attractive events, yet for several occasions I missed them. And the email latent factor recommendation algorithm needs some serious remodeling.

Ive used the App a couple of times and have found it convenient and useful.
